Florida
Well I couldn't have picked a hotter time to be down here. Its 92-96 which means it feels 96-100 degrees every day. I haven't spent much time on the beach at all. I have tons to write about when I get home. Right now, its a bitter sweet moment. We stayed at my brother's the last few nights. He left this morning as did his wife and my handsome little nephew (5 years old). I cried when he left. I know sissy tears but I don't know when I'll see him next. Its very hard knowing that. My kids won't be growing up like I wanted with the close cousins on my side or aunt or uncles.

Ohhh- enjoy the rest of your stay. :) My hubby and I spent our honeymoon there on a Disney vacation and cruise. We had a great time.
Yes - I'm sad that our family isn't as "get-togethery" as I'd like.

I'm sorry you were sad! It is hard when family leaves. I am so scared my kids wanting to move out of state when they are older. that will make me sad.
Here is hoping that life will provide another opportunity to grow closer to one another. You just never know how God can chose to work. Prayers for you and your family.

It is hard to be away from your family. My parents do not get to see my little one all of the time either. But when they do they have a wonderful time.
I know it's hot. My dad is here from Florida visiting me in California right now. We have rain and it's like 65 outside. He is freezing!
We will be back to 92 on Friday.
I totally get this. Sometimes it's harder to actually be with the ones you love after not seeing them for so long because you know a goodbye is in store for you and goodbyes are always hard.
If you both have a webcam, why not consider using Skype as a way to keep in touch? That way the kids can do video calls with each other....it's the next best thing to being there in person!

Oh1 It was 45 degrees here in VA today and hot in FL I see. I'm jealous I don't like the cold at all!
