You know I've done that before too. I love the idea that I've made someone's day with something as simple a buying their coffee, that maybe they will do something nice for someone else as well.

WOW! How great did that feel? How did you do this logistically? Like, you wouldn't know what they were having so how did you know how much to give? I love this and want to copy, just want to make sure I do it right, lol! Love your countdown to Christmas, too---sooo cheery!

Oh, that is so sweet and thoughtful! I'll have to do that, like next time I'm at Starbucks! I bet you totally made that person's day!

That's sweet. A woman did that once for me and my girls. Actually they were begging for candy at the checkout and I told them no. Honestly I just don't like to give in to the begging all the time. But this nice lady behind us offered to buy all my girls (3 of them) one piece of candy....anything they chose! It was so sweet. I didn't really mind. All my girls were so surprised. It was good for them to see that random act of kindness. It can a real effect on a child.

What a festive thing to do. I've paid for coffee for the person in the drive thru behind me a couple of times. Nice that you can put a smile on someone's face for less than $2, at least in my case!

I did it a few years ago but for a totally different reason. There was two entrances to get to the drive through and I cut a person off because I was in a hurry. I felt so bad about it, that when I paid for mine, I also paid for theirs. I wonder what they thought when they were told it was paid for. I told the boy at the window why I did it.
