I went online on BlackFriday to Walmart.com and ordered Hot Wheels Trick Track Colossal Stunt World Stunt Set. I've been impatiently waiting for it to come by Fedex. You know how you can't wait for a toy because you know its the perfect gift from Santa. Well this was mine for Jason. I knew that he was going to be besides himself.
Well I got that part right. The FedEx guy brought it today. GUESS WHAT WALMART.COM DID TO IT?? WTF Is wrong with them? They sent the package unwrapped. Not even a brown wrapper on it. Guess who was looking out the window when the FedEx dude pulled up? Guess who saw it right off? Oh yes he was besides himself about it. But I'm now down in the Santa's pile. He'll remember. He's gotten better at that now.
Now I called Walmart.com... And they aren't going to do anything about it. They apologized for the mistake. Mistake...They might have helped to ruin my son's Christmas. I know that nothing can fix this.
My warning to you all...make sure if you are getting packages that your kids aren't looking out the windows. I'm sooo mad.

I'm like you I would be furious. They could always offer you a refund to use to buy something that your son wouldn't know about. I don't care for Wal-mart at all. We have a local grocery store 2 miles from the house, and they just built a new Dollar General. I told my husband between the two I won't be going to Wal-mart very often after Christmas. The local grocer has fresh and cheaper meat than Wal-mart, and I would rather support them than Wal-mart.
Oh no! That's such a shame! I hate to hear stories like that!

That is just wrong on so many levels. What? They're not enough making enough gazillions of dollars by paying slave wages? They can't afford a damn box to ship their Chinese slave-labor-made crap in? I'd be furious, too. Grinches!
walmart.com has gotten worse in general. It takes much longer to get anything now I've noticed (as well as more expensive at times) and there's no excuse for this mistake. It's Christmas time, come on, how could they mess it up like that? geez.

That is sad and just to protect the merchandise they should wrap it. I would go to the top and complain again.
That's a big bummer! I would be really upset too! I know you were shopping the Christmas deals, but I would suggest Amazon any other time-I haven't had any problems with them and everything is always in another box. :-)
I would be mad too! Sounds like my MIL sending the toy with the name on the box.

I'm still mad about the last time I went to Walmart and they accosted me as I tried to leave and the woman checking my receipt was so rude. I went back today because I had no choice. I needed a very specific toy for my niece and it was out of stock online and in nearly every store. I found online the little Walmart closest to my house had it. I went there and they had a ton of them in stock. And? Nobody checking receipts at the door. It's not a super walmart, so maybe that's the diff. It wasn't crowded and we got right through the checkout in no time.
That is so sad.
How infuriating! I have been disappointed in a lot of retail stores this season!
